The Client: 
Caresyntax is a digital surgery platform that uses proprietary software and AI to deliver actionable insights to improve patient outcomes in operating rooms, helping surgeons benchmark and improve their care. Their software is used in more than 4,000 operating rooms worldwide, has supported more than 30,000 surgeons, and improved care for more than 2 million patients.

The Challenge:
Caresyntax leverage the power of data collection, analysis, and insight in the hospital's operating room but this seamless integration of all existing software and hardware solutions into a new, integrated system is complex and can be a challenge. To help their clients understand their complex service, Caresyntax packaged their offerings into 4 representative service bundles, bringing together different setups with various levels of functionality.
The Solution:
Developing a brochure that effectively communicates the value proposition of Caresyntax's service bundles required a thorough understanding of the complex purchase journey involved, encompassing technical considerations and significant financial investments. To achieve this, the design process was guided by two key steps:
1. Understanding the Purchase Process and Stakeholders:
The sales team provided valuable insights into the sales process, identifying the key stakeholders and their involvement at each stage of the funnel. This information proved instrumental in strategizing the brochure's content organization, ensuring that the right information was targeted to the specific needs of each stakeholder.
2. Distilling Technical Information into Clear and Compelling Visuals:
The product development team and engineers briefed the designer on the setups and configurations of each service, providing diagrams of the hardware, software, and network used in the integration. With their help, the designer was able to distill the dense technical data and package it into essential modules. These modules became the foundation for all the infographics, icons, and illustrations used in the brochure.
Custom-made 3D renderings were also created to illustrate the setup within the OR and the hospital, providing context and an overview of their different levels.

By carefully considering the purchase process and stakeholders, and by effectively communicating complex technical information through clear and compelling visuals, the Caresyntax service bundles brochure was able to achieve its dual function of supporting the sales team during pitches and informing potential clients in the health space.

The Results:
The Caresyntax service bundles brochure has been a success. The sales team has found it to be a valuable tool during pitches, and potential clients have found it to be informative and helpful. The brochure has helped to increase awareness of Caresyntax's new service bundles and has led to a number of new sales.

The brochure has tabs for each of the 4 services and at the back a fold-out page with technical specifications.
